Chaos Rising: Mega Greninja ex and a set full of Kalos favourites
Chaos Rising, the fourth Mega Evolution expansion, is led by Mega Greninja ex and packed with Pokémon from Kalos. The Mega ex, the chase cards and the illustration rares in stock.
Chaos Rising released worldwide on 22 May 2026, the fourth main expansion of the Mega Evolution era. It’s a small set, 86 cards in the main set and around 120 with the secret rares, adapted almost card for card from Japan’s Ninja Spinner. Small sets mean fewer cards between you and the hits, and this one has plenty for fans of the Kalos region.
The Mega ex
- Mega Greninja ex, the face of the set. It comes as a Double Rare, an Ultra Rare, a Special Illustration Rare and the set’s gold Mega Hyper Rare.
- Mega Pyroar ex
- Mega Floette ex
- Mega Dragalge ex
Alongside them are Pokémon ex including Beedrill ex, Gourgeist ex, Cobalion ex and Cinccino ex.
The chase cards
Beyond the Mega Greninja ex Mega Hyper Rare, the special illustration rares are the cards to look for, among them Cinccino ex and two Supporters: Roxie’s Performance and AZ’s Tranquility. AZ, the towering figure from Pokémon X and Y whose story is tied up with Floette, makes a fitting partner for the set’s Mega Floette ex.
