Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders next working day, or within 2 working days over busy periods. Every order is tracked. Anything over £250 goes by Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm, so it’s signed for and insured.

How it’s packed
All of our cards are shipped in a sleeve, toploader and team bag. Depending on order size they will then be shipped in a box, or bubble mailer with cardboard protection.
Returns
You can cancel any order within 14 days of the day after it arrives, for any reason. Tell us, then send the items back within 14 days. We refund what you paid for them and the original delivery (up to the cost of our cheapest service), usually within 5 working days of them reaching us. Return postage is yours to pay, unless the item is faulty or not as described.
Send things back as they arrived. If they’ve been handled more than you’d need to check them (a sealed pack opened, a card taken out of its sleeve and marked, a slab cracked), we can take the lost value off the refund.
If something isn’t as described, for example a card in worse condition than its listing, we refund you in full including postage both ways. Full details and a cancellation form
Condition guide
Raw singles are graded by eye under a lamp, front and back. When a card sits between two grades, we list it at the lower one.
- NM Near Mint
- Comparable to a pack fresh card. May have some small white specs or some light print lines.
- LP Lightly Played
- Minor wear on edges or corners, or some very light surface scratches. No creases or bends.
- MP Moderately Played
- Clear edge and corner wear, some scratching, possibly a small crease.
- HP Heavily Played
- Heavy wear, creases, bends or scratches, but complete and easy to read.
Graded cards
Graded cards have been assessed by an independent company and sealed in a tamper-evident case (a slab) with a label showing the grade and a certificate number. You can look up that number on the grader’s website to confirm the slab is genuine before you buy.
- PSA grades from 1 to 10. A PSA 10 is Gem Mint.
- CGC grades from 1 to 10, with Pristine 10 above Gem Mint 10.
- Beckett (BGS) gives subgrades for centring, corners, edges and surface, plus an overall grade. A BGS 10 Black Label has perfect subgrades.
Questions and answers
Are your cards genuine?
Yes. Every card is carefully checked to ensure its authenticity before we list it. No fakes ever make it to the customer!
Will the card I receive be the one in the photos?
For high end singles and every graded card, yes: the photos show the exact copy you’ll receive. Lower-value singles or for cards that we have multiple copies in stock, the picture in the listing will just be an example. But the card you buy will always match the condition specified.
Can I combine pre-orders with in-stock items?
You can, but the whole order ships when the pre-order is released. If you want the in-stock items sooner, place two orders.
Do you buy cards?

Do you ship outside the UK?
At the moment we only ship within the UK, although we’re happy to post to mail forwarding services.
