Free tracked UK delivery on orders over £50

Terms and conditions

Last updated 20 October 2026

The terms of every order from Elite TCG: how ordering, payment and delivery work, how to cancel or return something, and your rights. Please read them before you order.

About these terms

These terms apply when you buy from Elite TCG as a consumer, for delivery in the UK. You agree to them when you pay, so please read them first. You can save or print this page. Nothing in them affects your legal rights as a consumer.

Who we are

You can reach us at [email protected] or through our contact page, and we reply within one working day.

Ordering

  • When you press Pay, you’re offering to buy what’s in your basket at the prices shown.
  • Our contract starts when we email you to confirm your order. Keep that email: it also has the link to your order’s page.
  • We hold your items while you pay, so what you buy is in stock. If we’ve made an obvious mistake, such as a clearly wrong price or description, we’ll tell you and refund you in full rather than send it.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. Delivery is added at the checkout, and you see the full total before you pay. Payment is taken when you order, by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or another way shown at the checkout, through our payment provider Stripe. We never see your full card details.

Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses only, by the service you choose at the checkout. Delivery times are estimates from when we post your order: see delivery. The items are your responsibility once they’re delivered to the address you gave. If your order doesn’t arrive when expected, tell us: we’ll chase it with the carrier, and replace or refund it if it’s lost.

Pre-orders

Pre-orders are paid for when you order, and posted to arrive for the release date. Release dates are set by the publisher and sometimes move: we’ll tell you if yours does. If our supplier sends us fewer than we ordered, orders are filled in the order they were placed, and we refund anything we can’t send. You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it’s posted, for a full refund.

Changing your mind: your right to cancel

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day after it’s delivered (if it comes in more than one parcel, the day after the last one arrives). You can also cancel before we post it.

  • To cancel, tell us clearly: email [email protected], use our contact form, or send the cancellation form below. Include your order number.
  • Send the items back within 14 days of telling us, to the address we give you. Return postage is yours to pay. We suggest a tracked service, as the items are your responsibility until they reach us.
  • Your refund covers what you paid for the items and the original delivery, up to the cost of our cheapest delivery service. It goes back the way you paid, within 14 days of us receiving the items, or of you showing us you’ve sent them if that’s sooner. If you cancel before we post your order, we refund everything straight away.
  • Look after the items. You can check them as you would in a shop. If they’ve been handled more than that and have lost value, we can take that off the refund: for example, a sealed product that’s been opened (an opened booster pack can’t be sold again, so that can be its full price), a card taken out of its sleeve and marked, or a graded slab that’s been cracked or scratched.

Cancellation form

You don’t have to use this form, but you can copy it into an email to [email protected].

To Elite TCG: I give notice that I cancel my contract for the sale of the following goods.

  • Order number:
  • What I’m returning:
  • Ordered on, and received on:
  • My name:
  • My address:
  • My signature (only if you send it on paper):
  • Date:

Faulty or not as described

If something is faulty, damaged in the post, or not as described (a card in worse condition than its listing, say), tell us. Within 30 days of delivery you can reject it for a full refund, including postage both ways; after that, we’ll repair, replace or refund it. These rights come from the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and nothing in these terms takes them away.

Condition and grading

We grade raw cards by hand and describe their condition as honestly as we can: see the condition guide. Graded cards are sold as graded by the company named on the slab: we don’t grade them again, and you can check the certificate number on the grader’s website. Photos of lower-value singles are examples; the condition you choose is what you get.

Our responsibility to you

If we break these terms, we’re responsible for loss or damage you suffer that’s a foreseeable result, but not for loss that wasn’t foreseeable. We sell for your own use, so we’re not responsible for business losses. Nothing here limits our responsibility where the law doesn’t allow it, such as for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Problems and complaints

If you’re unhappy with anything, contact us first: most things can be put right quickly. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown here when you placed it.
